The Aftco UB2SC Short Curved Unibutt is made from marine alloy using AFTCO's unique "swaging" process. This butts is aluminum. The fishing rod butt and reel seat is unitized for minimizing weight and increased strength. The aligning pin-plug, gimbal and fixed hood are locked in permanent alignment so that gimbal, reel and rod guides always line up exact. The ferrules are precision-machined to ensure complete interchangeability of rod tip sections, and an "O" Ring on the ferrule prevents corrosion between ferrule and reel seat. A Teflon ring inside the collet nut assures a snug fit, prevents galling, and allows easy removal of the nut.

Does Aftco make a curved unibutt that swivals?

They do not, however there is a attachment that slides into your rod holder. It has a double gimble that on one side attaches to the pin in the holder and the gimble on the bent butt attaches to the pin on the top of the attachment.
