I needed something to keep my hands from getting beat up by mono cuts, spined by fish, hook puncturing hands. I had to cut the tip of my index finger and thumb off to allow me to wear them and still cast but it now allows me to wear all day and keeps my hands in good shape.

inexpensive fishing glove with all of the quality expected from AFTCO. Spanish Mackerel (sierra) teeth were not able penetrate. The grip is excellent and sure, making fish handling much easier and safer, plus the soft felt thumb backing comes in handy to wipe sweat from your eyebrows.
