I have used this item before and it is terrific for fast trolling behind a boat. Keeps the lure or spoon in the water closer to the boat that without it and it is great for salt water fishing and i'm going to try it for fresh water fishing this summer.
Pros
- It's ability to keep a lure in the water closer to the boat especially when salt water fishing and I feel it improves the lure action.

- Can't think of a thing.
