There's a lot I love about it but...

First off regardless of what I've heard this reel tunes up great and I love it's feel.
It might be the way I hold my baitcasters but I've had multiple instances of the sideplate opening as I cast. I guess part of my palm keeps hitting the open-latch. After a half dozen times the reel broke and parts of the brake fell into the water. I've read of other having the same issue. I'm upset most because of the dollar I dropped on this thing. Not cheap.

- Great feel and function. Awesome handles.
Cons
- Palm sideplate opens due to poor lock design. It opened mid cast too many times and eventually broke the reel. It's a shame. Now it's in pieces in my truck.

I have been using this reel almost daily since I bought it. Great reel. Great design. Backlash control is excellent and highly tune-able. Best with baits between 1/4 and 1/2 ounce. Excellent drag when for handling big fish.
