The reel is very smooth and cast a mile. I have used it about 5 times now it's becoming one of my favorites very light weight and a very clean paint job.

Quiet but strong

Quietest and smoothest bass reel I have purchased as I fish with Shimano Aldebaran and Diawa Steez. With 20 plus pounds of drag stopping power this will be my number one worm and jig reel.

What makes this reel better than the concept A

The Concept E has a magnesium frame and sideplates that makes for a very lightweight and rigid reel body. It features 13's "ocean armor" coating and will be more corrosion resistant than the Concept A. It also has upgraded ceramic bearings that will allow for the reel to remain smoother over time.
